1) Ilmu
Yes, ilmu pasal breastfeeding perlu dicari and sentiasa ditambah. Make sure reads a lot about breastfeeding. Anything about breastfeeding. Keep on bertanya kat tempat yang sepatutnya. Ader banyak pakar laktasi yang boleh you all tanyer actually. Skang nie, ader Facebook about Kumpulan Menyusukan Susu Ibu. Just type "Kump. Ibu2 Menyusukan' kat Facebook Search...:) Banyak info about breastfeeding kat situ. Just kena rajin membaca and buat research skit yer darling...:)
2) Support
Support from your loved ones are very, very important. Kalau takder support memang boleh merudum semangat nak breastfeed. Make sure your hubby support your niat nak breastfeed. If your hubby tak support, explain kat dier satu persatu, kenaper nak breastfeed and all...:) Sometimes, hubby nie kurang faham about breastfeeding, so, memang tugas kiter untuk clearkan semua tue...:) Your mother, mother-in-law nyer support is bonus for you. Memang selalunyer akan timbul conflict especially dengan in laws nyer family. Tapi, sentiasa kuatkan semangat. As long as you dah dapat your hubby nyer support, is good enough...:)
3) Niat
Ohh, sepatutnyer, niat kena letak number 1 tak? Hehehe...:D Tak kisah la tue. Sentiasa pasangkan niat nak breastfeed anak. Berdoa semoga Allah permudahkan jalan untuk breastfeeding nie...:) Insya Allah, kalau dah pasang niat, Allah akan tunjukkan jalan....:)
4) Jangan Mudah Putus Asa
Dear, nak breastfeed anak bukannyer susah maner. Tetapi, biasa la, niat baik nie selalu nyer memang akan ader cabaran. Mulerlah ader mulut yang mengata itu ini. "Susu badan maner cukup, kena top up dengan Formula Milk," adalah antara ayat yang paling selalu kiter dengar. Biasa la, orang dengki tue ader kat merata-rata tempat. Sometimes, your loved ones pon boleh dengki gak. So, nasihat Mama, bersabar banyak-banyak. Jangan sesekali mudah putus asa. Just ingat, kiter nie buggy yang the best milk for our little ones. Nothing beats mommy milk...:) Lagipon, orang yang mengata kiter tue, nak buggy duit ker beli susu tepung? Cakap banyak plak...^^;;
5) Makan Dan Minum
Ohh, part nie memang Mama suker. Mama memang suker makan. Nasib baik la ader Premium Beautiful. Kalau tak, badan memang dah mengembang tahap gaban...:) Mama tak pernah control makan. Mama memang makan sesuker hati Mama. Tapi, make sure makanan yang berkhasiat yer. Makanan nie memang satu element penting dalam penyusuan susu ibu. Sometimes, biler kiter makan and kiter enjoy makanan kiter tue, it actually helps you dalam boosting your milk production. So, Mama nasihatkan try makan makanan berkhasiat yang boleh makes you happy. As for me, I love chocolate so, so much. Ehh, biler maser plak chocolate boleh jadi makanan berkhasiat? Hahahaha...:D But, I did notice, if I eat chocolate on that day, memang production milk bertambah giler-giler...:) Tapi, of course la Mama tak makan chocolate tiap-tiap hari kan?
Actually, banyak makanan yang boleh dikategorikan sebagai milk booster nie. Antara yang paling famous is longan...:) As for me, Mama cumer pernah try satu jer, which is kurma. Really, kurma memang membantu dalam membanyakkan susu badan...:) I couldn't eat / drink longan sebab Mama ader penyakit asma. So, Mama cuber alternatif lain. So, untuk mommies out there, selalu try makanan yang dikatakan sebagai milk booster nie, Insya Allah, mesti ader yang berkesan for you...:)
And make sure you drink plenty of plain water. Water is essential in breastfeeding...:) Bawa air kosong bannyak-banyak botol pon takper ke your office. While driving back to your home or nak pergi kerja, make sure ader plain water inside your car. Sebab kena selalu minum. Sekurang-kurangnyer maser traffic jam, boleh minum air...:) And tak kisah la kalau selalu kencing, because, somehow, minum banyak air kosong boleh detox your body gak...:) So, bonus la tue, dear...:)
6) Tenangkan Diri
Make sure every time nak pam susu, kena selalu tenangkan diri. Jangan pam dalam keadaan rushing, sebab memang confirm susu takkan keluar banyak kalau mind kiter nak rushing. If kiter rushing sekali pon, try and try tenangkan diri. Cuber clear your mind, and fikir pasal anak jer. Fikirkan senyuman anak kiter, gelak tawa dier masa pam susu. Memang berkesan tau...:) Insya Allah...:) Kalau tension, tarik nafas dalam-dalam, and lepas slowly...:) Baca doa banyak banyak-banyak. Insya Allah, Allah akan mudahkan jalan for you, dear...:)
7) Choose A Good Breast Pump
Yes, breast pump memang memainkan peranan sangat-sangat penting dalam penyusuan susu ibu nie. Sebab kalau tersalah pilih breast pump, memang akan boleh menyakitkan breast, and membuatkan semangat kiter lemah setiap kali nak pump susu.

Do not be afraid to invest a lot of money in breast pump, sebab a good breast pump can be your best friend. As for me, Mama tak pernah menyesal beli Medela Freestyle, even though it cost me nearly RM2000, but then, Medela Freestyle nie la banyak membantu Mama dalam penyusuan susu ibu. Bayangkan, Mama pam susu sambil drive, sambil buat kerja, sambil surfing the internet, sambil iron baju, lipat baju and macam-macam lagi. Why? Sebab Mama enjoy pam susu yang takkan sesekali menyakitkan nipple Mama...:) So, mommies out there, choose wisely.
Memang a good breast pump ni mahal, sebab good things doesn't come cheap. Tapi, ada caranyer. Boleh main kutu, or simpan duit. Up to you...:)
8) Power Pumping
Ohhh, what is a power pumping?
"Power pumping is a technique that can be helpful in building a milk supply. For more information on basic pumping techniques, see the pumping section below. Here is a brief explanation of power pumping.
Power pumping involves using regular pumping techniques and setup, but in a unique way. The idea is to mimic a baby who is nursing frequently to increase a mother’s supply, as is common in the nursing relationship during a growth spurt. To power pump, hook-up as you would for a normal pumping session, pump for 10-20 minutes, rest 10 minutes, then pump another 10 minutes, then rest for 10 minutes, then pump again for 10 minutes. The mother does this for about an hour, once per day, to increase supply. At other pumping times during the day, routine pumping is used. It can take about a week to see an increase, so don’t get discouraged.
Some mothers prefer to concentrate their efforts and have a power pumping weekend, called “Power Pumping Boot Camp” by some lactation consultants. They power pump at each pumping for a couple of days before returning to routine pumping. "

So, secara simplenyer, power pumping nie caranyer is, pam 10 minit, rehat 10 minit, then pam 10 minit, rehat 10 minit lagi, for 1 hour. But power pumping sekali sehari, try cari time nak buat power pumping nie. Normally, orang buat tengah malam, atau awal pagi, maser baby tengah tido. Take your time buat power pumping nie. As usual, mind kena relax and tenangkan diri. Buat secara consistent, means kalau boleh, every day...:) Jangan skip. Korbankan sedikit masa untuk buat power pumping nie. Insya Allah, dalam maser seminggu hingga 2 minggu, boleh nampak kesaanyer...:) As for me, it took about 2 weeks baru berkesan. So, keep on buat power pumping yer...:) Sebab tue, a good breast pump is really essentiap to you. Kalau breast pump tak bagus, camner nak buat power pumping, dear?
9) Buat Stok Banyak-Banyak
Haaa...:D Yang nie la selalu nyer mommies susah nak buat. Selalu jer complain, stok susu tak cukup la. Hmmm...:) Actually, stok nie sangat penting untuk mommies yang nak complete kan penyususan susu ibu selama 2 tahun. Sebab along the way, memang akan ader time susu merundum, means pengeluaran susu yang tak memberansangkan. Especially, biler kiter dah start period, biler kiter tension, biler kiter letih, biler kiter makan ubat, biler kiter sakit. So, time camtue, stok susu nie memang memainkan peranan penting.
So, kalau boleh, maser dalam pantang lagi, buat stok banyak-banyak untuk penyediaan nak bekerja nanti. Keep on pumping and buat stok. Selalu monitor your stock, supaya susu tak expired. It's a good book, actually. selain Mama membacer secara online dalam internet, buku nie memang banyak sangat berjasa buat Mama dalam nak buat stok, sebab banyak sangat panduan dalam buku nie...:) Esepcially dalam penyimpanan susu ibu. Memang recomended from Mama...:)
10) Pakai Premium Beautiful
Hahahaha...:D Boleh tak? Actually, selain daripada pengambilan supplements, Premium Beautiful nie memang sangat-sangat membantu dalam menambah susu badan Mama. For me, Mama tak ambil supplements pon except Evening Primrose Oil dengan Fish Oil. But then, Premium Beautiful really help in balancing your hormone, so that your susu badan akan sentiasa bertambah. Pertama kali Mama pakai Premium Beautiful, my breast tak bengkak pon, tapi, biler pam, Mama dapat 2 kali ganda daripada biasa...:) Alhamdulillah...:)
So, on top of dapat kuruskan and dapat reshape my body, Mama dapat another bonus, which is menambahkan susu badan...:)
So, untuk para mommies out there, hopefully, these small tips boleh dijadikan panduan for you all. Maybe Mama nyer tips nie dah selalu sangat you all bacer kan, tapi, this is from my own experiences. If Mama nyer experiences boleh dishare untuk kebaikan semua orang, why not kan?
